§ 112.13 INSTALLATION BY OWNER.

A person, firm, or corporation installing and connecting watermain service leads from a residence, commercial, or industrial building owned by that person, firm, or corporation to a public municipal watermain shall be exempt from the provisions of this ordinance, and shall so state by the signature on the watermain service permit.
