No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of installing and connecting watermain service leads to residences, commercial, and industrial buildings to the public municipal watermain in the city without first obtaining a license therefor; nor shall any person, firm, or corporation carry on that business after the license therefor shall have expired or been revoked.
