§ 112.02 PURPOSE.

It is hereby determined and declared to be necessary for the due protection of the public health, safety, and welfare of the people of the city to license and regulate contractors installing and connecting watermain service leads of existing residences, commercial, and industrial buildings to the public municipal watermain in the city.
