For the purpose of this ordinance, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC MUNICIPAL WATERMAIN. The municipal watermain operated by the Department of Public Works of the city:
(1) Pursuant to agreements with the County Drain Commission; and
(2) The municipal well water supply system in the areas designated hereby.
WATERMAIN SERVICE LEADS. Watermain transportation water to residences, commercial, and industrial buildings from public municipal watermains.
