§ 111.28   IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
   It shall be the duty of the applicant to attach to the application filed a proposed identification card and the name of 1 person, which person will be the only person authorized to sign and issue those cards, properly signed and dated on the person of the solicitor or salesperson.  The identification card shall be worn in plain view at all times while the person is selling or soliciting under a permit issued by the City Clerk.
