§ 111.27   PERMIT SUSPENSION; GOOD CAUSE.
   (A)   Upon complaint with the City Police Department or with the City Clerk or by any person or upon his or her own notice, the City Clerk may suspend the permit of any person granted a permit under this ordinance for good cause shown.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      GOOD CAUSE.  Includes:
         (a)   Any material misrepresentation in the application for a permit or any fraud in its procurement, or failure to carry out any commitment or representation contained in the application;
         (b)   Any cause which would have prevented the granting of the permit in the first place; and
         (c)   Misconduct of the permittee, such as the violation of any of the requirements of this ordinance, the commission of any unlawful act prohibited by this ordinance, or any other law involving honesty, good faith, integrity, responsibility, or moral turpitude.
