§ 111.01   SOLICITING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC; PERMISSION REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, partnership, association, firm, or corporation shall sell or attempt to sell, peddle, distribute, solicit for sale, or give away any merchandise, literature, pamphlets, papers, magazines, or other material items or services or advice on private property open to the public unless prior express written approval has been obtained from the owner of the premises or the person, partnership, or corporation that has control of the premises.
   (B)   Any person who shall have obtained the prior express written approval from the owner or party controlling the premises as provided in subsection (A) above shall have that approval or a copy thereof on his or her person at any time he or she shall sell or attempt to sell, peddle, distribute, solicit for sale, or give away any merchandise, literature, pamphlets, papers, magazines, or other material items or services or advice on private property open to the public.
