(A) No person shall start or have any open fire without first obtaining a permit from the Fire Chief of the Fire Department serving the City of Burton and the permit shall state the address where the fee is started, the owner of the premises involved, the person starling the fire and the person responsible for attending the fire. A fee may be charged for the permit as established by resolution of the City Council. All regulations pertaining to the permit shall be under the authority of the Fire Chief and are subject to change, based upon charges in weather conditions, events and growth of the city due to construction.
(B) A fee for such permits, based upon a fee schedule established and amended from time to time by City Council resolution shall be charged.
