§ 71.01   PARKING BETWEEN ROADWAY EDGE AND SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park or stand a vehicle in that portion of the highway, road, street, avenue, alley, and the like, between the curb, the edge of the gravel roadway, or the edge of the improved shoulder of an asphalt roadway and nearest sidewalk line or right-of-way line, unless authorized by resolution by the City Council.
