§ 51.118 FIRE HYDRANT FEE; DISPOSITION.

A fire hydrant fee, if established by resolution of the Council shall be used to offset the cost of hydrant maintenance, repair, and replacements. The fee shall also cover tho oversizing of water mains to ensure system capacity can meet minimum fire demands.
