§ 51.100   STATE RULES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The city adopts by reference the water supply cross-connection rules of the State Department of Environmental Quality, being M.A.C. R325.11401 - R325.11407.  A complete copy of this code is available for public use and inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
   (B)   The city adopts by reference the water supply cross-connection rules as defined in the Safe Drinking Water Act, Public Act 399 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 325.1001 - 325.1023, and cross- connection rules as published by the State Department of Public Health.  A complete copy of this code is available for public use and inspection through the office of the City Clerk.
   (C)   The city hereby adopts The City of Burton Cross-Connection Control Program, as required by Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Safe Drinking Water Act, Public Act 399 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. 325.1001 – 325.1023. The City of Burton Cross-Connection Control Program contains certain provisions to regulate the connection or arrangement of piping or appurtenances through which backflow of nonpotable water flows into the public drinking water supply. A complete copy of this program is available for public use and inspection through the office of the City Clerk.
