§ 51.082 WELLS; APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION.

Any person desiring to use water supplied from any well may have the same inspected by or under the direction of the Department of Public Health by making an application in writing and filing the same with the Department of Public Health and giving the location in the city of that well.
