§ 51.044   FIRE PROTECTION PIPES; CONNECTION FOR POTABLE USE RESTRICTED.
   Where pipes are provided for fire protection on any premises or where hose connections for fire apparatus are provided, no connection for domestic or potable use shall be allowed unless the Department determines flows are consistently adequate as to provide a bacteriologically safe product; in all other cases, a separate water service shall be provided for potable use.
