The corporation stop, the service pipe from the main to the service stop, the service stop, and the curb box will be provided in place and maintained by the Department after payment of the fee charge for a water permit as provided within. The service pipe from the service stop to the building shall be installed and properly maintained by the owner or a licensed contractor. The owner shall be responsible to keep the curb box free from dirt, stones, misuse, and for repair or replacement as deemed necessary by the Department. The cost for such a repair shall be the cost of materials and a service charge as established by resolution of Council.
