§ 93.06 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Notification.
      (1)   The owner, if possible, and the occupant of any property upon which any of the causes of blight or blighting factors set forth in this chapter is found to exist shall be notified in writing to remove or eliminate those causes of blight or blighting factors from the property within ten days after service of the notice upon him or her.
      (2)   The notice may be personally delivered or by certified mail, to the last known address of the owner and occupant. If the notice shall not be received by addressee for any reason, the notice may be posted in a conspicuous place upon the premises.
   (B)   Granting of additional time. Additional time may be granted by the enforcement officer where bona fide efforts to remove or eliminate the causes of blight or blighting factors are in progress.
   (C)   Failure to comply. Failure to comply with the notice within time allowed by the owner and/or occupant shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
