§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $500, nor more than 90-days’ imprisonment in the county jail or both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
