§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation or anyone acting in behalf of a person, persons, firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 and the costs of prosecution or in default of the payment thereof, by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate violation.
   (B)   This chapter may be enforced additionally by the application to the St. Clair County Circuit Court for appropriate relief by way of injunction or otherwise.
