All streets and appurtenances thereto shall be constructed in accordance with details and specifications approved by the St. Clair County Road Commission.
(A) Curbs and gutters. Curbs and gutters, when provided, shall be constructed in accordance with standards and specifications adopted by the County Road Commission. All landscaped islands on cul-de-sac streets shall be provided with concrete curbing.
(B) Driveways. All driveway openings onto streets shall be as specified by the County Road Commission or the State Department of Transportation as applicable.
