§ 155.36 PUBLIC SITES.
   Where a proposed park, playground, school, recreational area, public access to water frontage or other public use, shown on the Master Plan (or delineated or specified by official action of the Planning Commission), is located in whole or in part within a subdivision, the Township Board may request, but not require, that a suitable area for this purpose be dedicated to the public or reserved for public purchase. If within two years of plat recording, the purchase is not agreed on, the reservation may be cancelled or shall automatically cease to exist.
