The subdivision design layout standards set forth under this subchapter are development guides for the assistance of the proprietor. All final plans must be reviewed and approved by the Township Board and shall conform to the adopted standards of the St. Clair County Road Commission manual “Procedures and Specifications for Plat Street Development,” dated January 17, 1995, as amended.
