(a) No trucks, trailers, or any other vehicle weighing over 16,000 pounds shall be driven or pulled on any city street except for the expressed purpose of loading or unloading its cargo, except on established truck routes provided herein.
(b) There is hereby established a truck route through the city as follows:
(1) From the city limits at the south end of Washington, east on County Line Rd. (Marion Co. Rd. #10th) north on Mid Kansas Coop (MKC) Lane to Main;
(2) From the city limits at Hwy. U.S. 77, west on Broadway to Franklin, south to Main; and
(3) From the north city limits on Washington, east on Scott, to Santa Fe, south to Main, east on Main to Mid Kansas Coop.
