§ 14-202 PARKING LIMITATIONS.
   (a)   No truck of a licensed capacity of more than 24,000 pounds GVW, truck tractor, farm tractor, road tractor, farm equipment, trailer, semitrailer, mobile home, or other transport shall be, at any time, parked or left unattended on any street, avenue or public way within the city, unless the street, avenue, public way or other such area has been marked and/or reserved for such parking by the city, or unless said trailer is attached to an operable vehicle; provided, however, that nothing herein shall apply to the stopping of any such vehicle for emergency refueling or making necessary repairs.
   (b)   The old railroad bed located within the city shall be designated as an area in which a truck tractor, farm tractor, road tractor, trailer, semitrailer, mobile home, other transport, or any truck of a licensed capacity of more than 24,000 pounds GVW may be parked.
   (c)   The penalties for violations of this section shall be as follows:
      (1)   For the first such violation, a warning;
      (2)   For the second such violation, a fine of $5;
      (3)   For the third such violation, a fine of $15; and
      (4)   For the fourth and any subsequent violations, a fine of $25.
   (d)   Any offenders of this section may be subject to being issued a notice to appear in municipal court, and be subject to additional court fees and costs.
