Any person, firm, or corporation who fails to comply with or violates any of the regulations in §§ 152.145-152.148 or §§ 152.160-152.182 shall be subject to a fine of $100 for each lot sold or otherwise disposed of, leased, or offered for sale or lease. In addition to the penalties described above, the City Council may institute an appropriate action or proceedings to seek an injunction in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violation or threatened violation.
