§ 70.04 POLICE REGULATIONS.
   All drivers and operators of vehicles shall, at all times, comply with any direction of voice, hand, whistle, or any signaling device given by any police officer as to slowing down, stopping, starting, backing, approaching or departing from any place, the manner of taking on or letting off of passengers, the loading or unloading of any commodities, or any reasonable regulations of traffic, upon the streets of the city; and pedestrians shall not cross any street of said city at any other place than at the regularly provided crossing at the intersections of streets, and in crossing streets, pedestrians shall, at all times, be subject to obey all police officers, or other proper officers authorized to direct or regulate traffic.
