§ 52.24 RENTAL PROPERTIES; LATE PAYMENTS.
   Owners who rent or lease premises shall be responsible for having accessible curb stops per city specifications. Owners of such rental properties shall be ultimately liable to the city for any unpaid water
bills of the owner’s tenant, and if such bill remains due and unpaid after 30 days, said delinquent amount owing the city shall then be billed to the owner of the premises in question.
