§ 51.15 TREES OBSTRUCTING UTILITIES.
   No trees shall be allowed to obstruct or interfere with any utility. If it interferes with any utility, the owner shall be given ten days’ notice to remove the obstruction or interference. If the obstruction is not removed or eliminated within the ten-day period, the city may correct the problem.
