§ 32.05 INTERFERENCE WITH THE BOARD OF HEALTH.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the city’s Board of Health, or any member thereof, or any person acting under its direction while in the discharge of any duties devolving upon it under this subchapter.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful or any person to remove any sign or notice provided for herein, except upon the order or under the direction of the Superintendent of the city’s Board of Health.
