§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 150.21(B), 150.23, and/or 150.24, and failing to remove any such materials as are described in said sections within 48 hours after being notified so to do by the Chief of Police shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
