§ 150.23 FIRE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, or cause to be made, any fire outside of the building owned or operated by him or her when the same may endanger the property of others, or their safety, and the Fire Chief or Chief of Police shall have the power to suppress the same.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to deposit or keep within the fire limits of the city outside of a proper building or enclosure any paper, paper boxes or cases, packing cases, or other inflammable materials.
