§ 131.01 WILLFUL INJURY TO PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to carry away, remove, or to willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, destroy, or otherwise injure any article or thing belonging to the city or belonging on any private person therein.
