§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person guilty of violating the provisions of §§ 114.02 through 114.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one $100, together with the costs of prosecution.
