§ 112.04 FENCES.
   (A)   Junk yards within the city shall be suitably fenced in by a sufficient wall of board, metal, or masonry which is at least five feet in height.

   (B)   Junk yards which are not properly fenced in, as stipulated within division (A) above, are hereby declared to be a nuisance, which the city may abate accordingly.
