§ 111.52 ACQUISITION OF LIQUOR.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the operator of establishments operating under the municipal license to pay for the liquor in the manner prescribed in the operating agreements.

   (B)   The operators shall only buy liquor from suppliers approved by the City Council and shall account for these purchases monthly. Purchase from an unapproved vendor is grounds for immediate termination of the operating agreement.
