§ 73.37 OPERATOR.
   (A)   Only persons 16 years of age and over who hold a valid driver’s license may operate an off-road vehicle upon the streets, roadways, intersections and alleys located within the town.
   (B)   Newly licensed drivers must follow the state code regarding passengers.
