The number of occupants in a golf cart shall be limited to the number of persons for whom factory seating is installed. There shall be no more than three persons per seat. No person under the age of two years of age shall be permitted to ride in a golf cart. No person under ten years of age shall be permitted to ride on the rear of seat of a golf cart. The operator of a golf cart and all occupants of said golf cart shall be seated in said golf cart, and no part of the body of the operator or any occupant shall extend outside the perimeter of said golf cart while said golf cart is being operated.
