Minimum street pavement widths shall conform to the standards given in Sections 1129.04 to 1129.06, inclusive. Where pavement widths greater than those specified in Sections 1129.04 to 1129.06 are deemed necessary by the City Engineering Department and approved by Council, the City shall bear the extra cost of providing a greater than the minimum pavement width required by these Regulations.
