919.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of Section 919.01 to 919.06 or 919.08 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. (Ord. 28-2015. Passed 7-21-15.)

(b) Whoever violates Section 919.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
