§ 176.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any child violating § 176.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be cited to appear before the Auglaize County Juvenile Court.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 176.02 is guilty of criminal trespass and shall be fined up to $250 and subject to up to 30 days in jail.
