(A) It shall be unlawful for any child or children, under the age of 18 years, to be on the public streets or in public places within the Village of Buckland after 10:00 p.m. unless the child or children is accompanied by 1 of his or her parents or some other adult duly authorized by 1 of the parents of the child.
(B) The provisions of division (A) shall not apply to children attending public athletic, social, religious or school events until 15 minutes after the event is over.
