4-2-2: DEFINITIONS:
In addition to the definitions adopted by reference in section 4-2-1 of this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings set out in this section:
LICENSEE: Any person, firm, partnership, club, organization or corporation receiving a license under this chapter.
LIQUOR: Any intoxicating malt, vinous, mixed or fermented liquor.
PERSON: Any person, firm, partnership, club, organization or corporation.
RETAIL LIQUOR DEALER: Any "person", as defined herein, selling or offering for sale or keeping with the intention of selling liquor at retail. (Ord. 18-2, 3-13-2018; amd. 2018 Code)
