4-2-1: STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
Each and every part of "an Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors", enacted by the General Assembly of the State, approved January 31, 1934, as the same is or may be hereafter amended, which relates in any manner to the sale at retail of alcoholic liquors, not heretofore used or adopted by reference or otherwise in this chapter, is hereby adopted in this section and made a part of this chapter, to the same extent and with the same legal effect as if fully set forth herein, and any violation of such applicable and adopted provisions of said Act shall be deemed a violation of this chapter and be subject to penalties herein fixed. Three (3) copies of said Act shall be maintained on file at the Office of the Village Clerk and shall be kept available for public use, inspection and examination. (1987 Code § 3-6-17)
