A. Deposits On Streets:
1. Generally: No person shall place or throw any stone or sticks, logs, stumps, manure or other articles, rubbish or materials in, over or upon any street, avenue, alley or highway of the Village so as to obstruct the travel, endanger life or limb or cause the destruction of property; or throw or deposit manure, ashes, dirt or rubbish of any kind in the gutters of the Village. 2. Injurious Materials: It shall be unlawful to deposit on any street any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any waste material, or any glass, or other articles which may do injury to any person, animal or property.
B. Deposits On Sidewalks: It shall be unlawful to deposit on any sidewalk any material which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any waste material, or any glass or other articles which might cause injury to persons, animals or property. (1987 Code § 7-1-7; amd. 2018 Code)
