711.26 UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTIONS OR MODIFICATIONS; PENALTY.
   (a)   No firm, person, group, company or corporation, without the expressed consent of the grantee shall make any connection, extension or division whether physically, accoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise with or to any segment of a franchised broadband telecommunications network for any purpose whatsoever.
   (b)   No firm, person, group, company or corporation shall willfully interfere, tamper, remove, obstruct or damage any part, segment or content of a franchised broadband telecommunications network for any purpose whatsoever.
   (c)   Any firm, person, group, company or corporation convicted of a violation of this section shall for each offense, be fined in a sum not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or six month imprisonment.
