(a) The grantee, upon request from any subscriber, shall install at an additional charge therefor, a switching device so as to permit a subscriber to continue to utilize his own television antenna as he chooses.
(b) The grantee shall not require the removal, or offer to remove any existing subscriber's antenna as a condition of provision of service. However, a subscriber may request in writing the removal of any existing antenna. Such written request forms that may be developed or used by the grantee shall state that the removal of any antenna is not a condition of providing service and these forms shall be subject to Council approval before use.
