525.16 RESISTING OR ABUSING OFFICIALS.

(a) No person shall knowingly or willingly challenge to fight, assault, strike, abuse or make derogatory remarks to a police officer, fireman, judge, Mayor or any other official of the City in the execution of his office or duties.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
