Except for lots in the C-3 District, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted, or allowed to grow on a corner lot in such a manner as to block vision between a height of 2 ½ and 10 feet above the center line grades of the intersecting streets, within the triangular area bounded by the street right-of way lines of the corner lot and a line adjoining two points on the street right-of-way lines, each 25 feet from the point of intersection of the street right-of-way lines.
