The number of off-street parking spaces for each facility or use shall be determined by application of the standards noted in Schedule 1165.04.

NOTES TO SCEHDULE 1165.04 (a) A minimum of five (5) spaces is required for each facility other than a single-family detached, single-family attached or two-family dwelling.
