At its option, the City may utilize the provisions contained in Ohio R.C. Chapter 727 or 729.07 to 729.11 to repair any sidewalks in violation of Sections 903.01 to 903.09. This option includes the right of the City to make, or to contract out any repairs of the sidewalk in violation of Sections 903.01 thru 903.09. After such repairs are made the City may levy a special assessment for the costs incurred upon the real property abutting such repaired sidewalks.
