(a) No garage sale shall be conducted on the same property, whether the dwelling or its premises, more than two times in any twelve month period.
(b) No garage sale shall exceed three days in duration.
(c) No garage sale shall be conducted on the same property more frequently than once every two months.
(d) No garage sale shall be conducted during hours other than 9:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.
(e) No sign advertising a garage sale shall exceed two square feet in area.
(f) No sign advertising a garage sale shall be placed on a public right of way or on property other than where the garage sale is being conducted.
(g) No sign advertising a garage sale shall be displayed on any property until the beginning of the garage sale and shall be removed within two hours after the end of the garage sale.
(h) No person, firm, or corporation shall conduct a garage sale within any zoning district in the City, without first obtaining a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer or persons designated by the Clerk-Treasurer to issue such permit.
(i) No permit holder shall conduct a garage sale without posting the permit certificate in a prominent place upon the licensed premises.
(j) During the garage sale, no permit holder shall fail to exhibit the permit certificate upon request to any Bryan police officer.
