452.14 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall park any commercial tractor, trailer, semitrailer or commercial truck as defined in Section 440.005(c), (d), (e) or (f), or moving van or passenger bus type vehicle, on any street in the Municipality.
      (1)   Unless such vehicle is parked for the purpose of loading or making a delivery, or
      (2)   Such vehicle is parked for the purpose of providing construction services or repair services to a residence or property, or
      (3)   Such vehicle is a tow truck as defined in Section 440.005(k), at the residence of the driver on duty when such tow truck is registered with the Division of Police as being on twenty-four hour call.
   (b)   No property owner, occupant or other person shall park or store or permit the parking or storage of a commercial tractor, trailer, semitrailer or commercial truck, as defined in Section 440.005(c), (d), (e), and (f), on any property used as residential property or designated as “Residential” by Zoning code, or in any “residence district,” as defined in Ohio R.C. 4511.01(OO), except for the purpose of:
      (1)   Loading or unloading, making a delivery, or
      (2)   Providing construction services or repair services to a residence or property, or
      (3)   Such vehicle is a tow truck as defined in Section 440.005(k), at the residence of the driver on duty when such tow truck is registered with the Division of Police as being on twenty-four hour call.
   (c)   No person shall park any truck or stake body truck, other than a pick up truck, on any street in a residential area designated as “residential” by the Zoning Code or in any “residence district” as defined in Ohio R.C. 4511.01 unless such vehicle parked for the purpose of:
      (1)   Loading or unloading, making a delivery, or
      (2)   Providing construction services or repair services to a residence or property, or
      (3)   Such vehicle is a tow truck as defined in Section 440.005(k), at the residence of the driver on duty when such tow truck is registered with the Division of Police as being on twenty-four hour call.
   (d)   No property owner, occupant, or other person shall park or store or permit the parking or storage of a truck or stake body truck, other than a pick up truck on any residential street or on property used as residential or designated as “residential” by the Zoning Code, or in any “residence district” as defined by Ohio R.C. 4511.01, except for the purpose of loading or unloading or for other purposes described in Section 452.14(a) and (b).
   (e)   Nothing in this section precludes parking of single axle passenger vans or recreational vehicles from parking in a residential area.
